Privacy notice

Hastelloy Fund Managers Limited (RC 9085497), 76A Adeniyi Jones Avenue, Ogba Road, Ikeja, Lagos, is responsible for the personal information you give us through this website. This notice explains what we collect and what we do with it.

What we collect

Only what you type into the Register Interest form: your name, email address, phone number, the investor type you select, and anything you choose to add in the optional message. We do not ask for financial information, bank details or identity documents, and you should not send them to us.

Why we collect it

To contact you once, directly, when Hastelloy Fund Managers is licensed and open for business. That is the only reason. We will not add you to a mailing list, send you marketing, or contact you about anything else in the meantime.

Registering your interest is not an application, and it does not commit you to anything. We are not licensed to manage funds and we are not accepting money from anyone at this time.

Who sees it

Only the people at Hastelloy Fund Managers who are handling the launch. We do not sell your details, share them with other companies, or pass them to anyone else.

Two suppliers handle what you send us, in order to deliver it to us and only on our instructions: Spaceship, which hosts this website, and Spacemail, which carries our email. Neither is permitted to use your details for anything of its own.

A third, Google, measures how the page is used — but only if you agree to it, and it never sees anything you type into the form. The cookies section below explains exactly what that involves and how to refuse or undo it.

Where your information is held

Outside Nigeria. Our host and email provider store this data on servers in the United Kingdom, because neither offers a Nigerian or African region. This is a cross-border transfer of your personal data and the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 requires us to tell you it happens, so we are telling you plainly rather than in a footnote.

The United Kingdom has its own data protection law, comparable in standard to Nigeria's, and our contracts with both suppliers require them to protect your information and to process it only as we instruct. If you would rather your details were not held outside Nigeria, do not use the form — write to us at the address below instead, and we will keep your request in Nigeria.

How long we keep it

Until we open, and for six months after that. Then we delete it. If our registration is refused or we withdraw it, we delete everything within thirty days and tell you we have done so.

What you can ask us to do

Ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, correct it if it is wrong, or delete it. Ask us to stop contacting you. Withdraw your consent at any time, for any reason or none. Write to operations@hastelloyfundmanagers.com and we will act within thirty days.

If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.

Cookies and analytics

Nothing is stored on your device until you say yes. When you first arrive you are asked whether we may use Google Analytics. If you decline, or simply never answer, no analytics code is loaded and no cookie is set. Declining costs you nothing: every part of this site works the same either way.

If you accept, we use Google Analytics 4, a service provided by Google, to count visits and see which sections of the page are read, so that we can make it clearer. It is the only measurement on this site.

It sets two cookies in your browser:

CookieWhat it doesHow long it lasts
_gaGives your browser a random identifier so that two page views in one visit are not counted as two people. It is not your name and we cannot turn it back into you.Up to 2 years
_ga_<id>Keeps track of where you are in a single visit.Up to 2 years

We have switched off the settings that would make this more than counting. Google Signals is off, so your visit is not linked to a Google account or followed across your devices. Advertising storage and ad personalisation are off, so nothing here feeds advertising, remarketing or audience building, by us or by anyone else. We do not sell or share this data, and we do not use it to try to identify individual visitors.

Google processes this on our behalf, and does so outside Nigeria — including in the United States. That is a second cross-border transfer, separate from our hosting, and the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 requires us to tell you about it. Google's own terms govern how it handles the data for us. If that is not acceptable to you, decline — and the transfer never happens.

Nothing else third-party runs on these pages: no advertising pixels, no social media trackers, no session recording, no chat widget, no tag manager. Our typefaces are served from this website rather than from a font service, so no type foundry is told you were here either.

You can change your mind at any time. Use the button below. Withdrawing is as easy as accepting was, as it should be.

You can also delete these cookies, and block them in future, from your browser's own settings — that works whatever you have told us.

Security

This site is served over an encrypted connection and your details are sent to a mailbox we control. Please remember that we will never ask you to transfer money to a personal or agent's bank account, and will never ask for your passwords, one-time passwords or banking credentials.

Changes

If we change this notice we will change the date below. This version: 12 September 2026.

It replaces the version approved earlier that day, and adds four things: who hosts this site, where your information is held, that we ask before using Google Analytics, and what those cookies do.
