Hastelloy Fund Managers Limited is incorporated in Nigeria with the Corporate Affairs Commission (RC 9085497) to provide fund and portfolio management services.
We are being established at a moment when Nigeria's asset management industry has grown past ₦10 trillion in assets under management, and when more Nigerians than ever are looking for a disciplined home for their savings — one that defends their investment against inflation while building it patiently over time.
Our purpose does not change with market conditions: to manage the wealth entrusted to us with prudence, to be transparent about how we do it, and to put the interests of the people who trust us ahead of our own.

Governance you can inspect
Client assets will be held by a SEC-licensed custodian under a service level agreement, separately from the company's own balance sheet. Every portfolio relationship will be documented in a Client Service Agreement executed by both parties.
Research-led decisions
A dedicated investment and research function will construct, review and report on portfolios, with strategy and risk measures set independently of distribution.
